Viking Epiclad E.P.D.M. rubber membrane is BRANZ appraised and complies with E2 AS1 as an "Acceptable Solution". Viking Epiclad provides a complete waterproofing system with its wide sheets (2.1m, 3.0m or 6.0m wide) therefore suited to larger and/or more open, expansive applications with its lower labour cost for installation and less joins on the job. Viking Epiclad has excellent elasticity, tensile and elongation properties and is virtually indestructible by UV, ozone and weathering.

Viking Epiclad has been successfully installed on the properties of significant organisations such as Ryman Healthcare, Ministry of Justice, Kawerau Pulp and Paper, Sheraton Fiji and Middlemore Hospital to name a few.

Adhesive - Epiclad (SEA200)

Viking Epiclad Adhesive is a solvent-based contact adhesive system developed for the adhesion of EPDM rubber.

Diverters (IMT601 Left) / (IMT602 Right)

IMT601 Left, IMT602 Right, Where roof meets wall cladding to prevent water entering behind cladding. To be used only with Butylclad and Epiclad.

Drains - Surefix Roof Outlets (IMT500 / IMT501 / IMT502)

IMT500 (Roof Outlet 80mm), IMT501 (Roof Outlet 100mm), IMT502 (Roof Outlet 150mm) These high spec drainage outlets come with a leaf/gravel grate, flange, membrane clamping ring and anti-back-up flange rings on their pipes.

Fastening Bars - Drip Edges (SDF110)

A 20mm wide x 2400mm long aesthetic and practical solution (aluminium ribbed finish) is for securing any Viking single-ply membrane membrane over an edge whilst simultaneously providing a drip-edge.

Leaf Gravel Grate (IMT302)

This leaf/gravel grate is manufactured from tough, UV and ozone resistant PVC and will accommodate pipes from 60mm to 200mm.

Leaf Gravel Grate (IMT304)

This leaf/gravel grate is manufactured from tough, UV and ozone resistant PVC and can accommodate outlet diameters of 75mm to 125mm.

Leaf Gravel Grates (IMT303)

This leaf/gravel Grate is manufactured from tough, UV and ozone resistant PVC and will accommodate pipes from 60mm to 110mm.

Pipe Seals (SEM020)

Pre-moulded rubber pipe flashing with a self-adhesive base for detailing penetrations through rubber membranes.

Primer (Lap Seam) (SEC035)

Lap Seam Primer for priming the splicing area of the rubber membrane before applying lap tape. To be used with Butylclad and Epiclad.

Roof Drains (SDM036 / SDM037 / SDM038)

SDM036-(80mm), SDM037-(100mm), SDM38-(150mm). This drain has PVC flanges with clamp rings to mechanically secure the membrane. The black domed plastic grate keeps debris out.

Roof Vent - (STP607)

Pressure release mechanism for ventilating roof cavity of or moisture vapours. Used for rubber membrane installations only. Not suitable for Dec-K-ing and Bituclad.

Scupper (IMT106)

This scupper with fillet has been designed to make the detailing of rubber membranes through parapet walls easy. Opening 70mm x 100mm, to be use only with Butylclad and Epiclad.

Scupper (Rubco) (IMT104)

These scupper outlets have been designed to make the detailing of waterproofing membrane in through wall outlets easy. They have a built in fillet and an opening 200 x 75mm (E2 AS 1 compliant). This product is compatible with all membranes except Dec-K-ing and Enviroclad.

Scupper - Overflow (Rubco) (IMT105)

Conduit installed 150mm above surface as safety outlet for flooding. To be use with all Viking membrane except for Dec-K-ing and Enviroclad. Opening 200mm x 75mm

Sealant - Mastic (SES012)

Black mastic type sealant, specifically designed as a detailing weather sealant for rubber membrane installations.

Sumps (IMR100, IMR120 and IMR130)

IMR100 (75mm or 100mm), IMR120 (100mm or 150mm) and IMR130 (150mm or 200mm). This Viking sump is a rotationally moulded, one piece sump with comes with an overflow spigot - all made from black weather resistant medium density polyethylene. Primarily designed for use in plywood formed box gutters the Skellerup sump can simplify detail work and make installation easy when used with Viking Butylclad or Epiclad.

Tape - Viking Flash Tape (SET153)

Viking self adhesive flash tape is a semi-cured detailing tape system used for flashing external detail areas. Only to be use with Butylclad and Epidclad membranes.

Tape - Viking Lap Tape (SMT076V)

Viking Lap Tape is a pressure-sensitive self adhesive tape system used to splice two sheets of rubber together. Only to be used with Butylclad and Epiclad.

Toluene (MCD030)

Toluene cleaning agent for cleaning membrane materials. Only to be used for Butylclad and Epiclad. - Highly toxic - To be used with extreme caution.

Vent - Aluminium (IMV111 / IMV112)

Roof Vent Aluminium Grey/White Mushroom. Pressure release mechanism for ventilating roof or moisture vapour. These Vents can be used with all Viking membranes.
