For projects requiring both waterproofing renewal and thermal improvement, Viking WarmRoof provides an integrated overlay solution. The WarmRoof system installs rigid polyiso insulation panels over the existing roof, topped with a Viking CodeMark-certified membrane. This approach improves energy efficiency while retaining the existing roof structure.

Membrane Overlay Solutions

Viking Roof Revival includes a range of membrane overlay systems designed to restore waterproofing performance without removing the existing roof.

Enviroclad FBS (Fleece-Backed System) can be installed directly over existing roof surfaces and helps smooth substrate irregularities while providing a durable, high-performance waterproofing layer.

Viking Torch-On is a sensible, compatible option for bitumen overlays that adds thick robust protection.

RhinoBond® Induction Welding System mechanically secures the roofing assembly without the need for adhesives, making it ideal for occupied buildings where speed, cleanliness, and minimal disruption are important.

This system secures Viking’s Enviroclad membrane using Velcro® hook-and-loop technology, mechanically bonding the underside of the membrane to a 12.8mm high-density PIR coverboard. The coverboard is then fixed to the roof substrate, creating a secure, high-performance roofing solution.
